Confidential Review
All enquiries submitted through our website are treated as confidential. Information you share is reviewed solely for the purpose of assessing suitability for our advisory services and, if you proceed, delivering those services.
We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes or disclose it to anyone outside our advisory service except where required by law.
Health-Related Information
You may choose to share health-related information to help us understand your advisory needs. This is entirely voluntary at the enquiry stage.
Please share only information you consider relevant to your request. We do not require detailed clinical records, NHS numbers, or comprehensive medical documentation at the initial enquiry stage.
Do not submit urgent or emergency medical concerns through our forms. If you have an urgent medical concern, contact NHS 111, 999, A&E, or your local emergency service.
Form Submissions
When you submit an enquiry through our website, the information is transmitted securely and delivered to us via email. We review submissions in the order received, typically within 2 working days.
Your submission is stored securely and accessed only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
Email Communication
We communicate with clients primarily by email. While we use reasonable security practices, email communication carries inherent limitations.
For highly sensitive information or if you have specific confidentiality requirements, please let us know and we can discuss alternative arrangements.
Who Reviews Submissions
Enquiries and advisory work are reviewed by Malek Ayoub or, where appropriate, by designated members of the advisory team operating under confidentiality obligations.
We do not outsource the review of client information to third parties or use automated systems to assess or respond to advisory requests.
Data Minimisation
We encourage you to share only information that is relevant to your enquiry. We do not ask for or require:
- NHS numbers or hospital record numbers
- National Insurance numbers
- Financial account details (at enquiry stage)
- Information about third parties without their consent
If you inadvertently include information we do not need, we will disregard it and, where appropriate, securely delete it.
Retention and Deletion
We retain enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to your request. For completed advisory engagements, we retain records in accordance with professional best practice and any applicable legal requirements.
If you would like your information deleted, please contact us. We will delete your information unless we are required to retain it for legal or professional reasons, in which case we will explain the basis for retention.
Security Limitations
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
We use reputable service providers for email delivery and website hosting, and we review our security practices periodically.
International Enquiries
We welcome enquiries from individuals based outside the United Kingdom. Your information will be processed and stored in accordance with UK data protection law.
If you are based in a jurisdiction with different data protection requirements, please consider this before submitting information through our website.
